Krzysztof Stasch leads Blackswan's capital markets origination and strategic partnerships, drawing on more than two decades of international banking and corporate-advisory experience across Europe and the Gulf. His mandate spans bank relationship management, structured financing for the firm's real-estate and infrastructure pipeline, and the development of long-term institutional partnerships.
Background
Mr. Stasch began his career advising British and Norwegian operators in the United Kingdom oil and gas sector, where he gained early exposure to the financing dynamics of large-scale infrastructure. He subsequently joined Bank Handlowy in Warsaw, advising strategic corporate clients, before moving to Citibank Europe — including a posting in Romania, where he helped establish a treasury trading platform and led market-risk monitoring. Since 2011 he has been based in the Middle East, originating, developing and managing senior relationships with major corporate clients across the energy and technology sectors.
Across his career he has structured cross-border transactions, complex capital structures and client-led deal origination — capabilities directly applicable to Blackswan's institutional real-estate, alternative-asset and infrastructure mandates. More recently, his focus has expanded to high-growth sectors including technology, fintech, e-commerce and digital platforms, with particular interest in their intersection with real assets, logistics and data infrastructure.
Recognition
Mr. Stasch's work has been recognised with multiple industry awards, including the Adam Smith Award for an innovative banking implementation, and a Client Experience Award. Beyond his professional engagements, he contributes pro bono to the Efekt Motyla Foundation and to a policy-oriented think tank, where he has helped organise high-level industry conferences with global firms including IBM and PwC. He maintains a strong personal interest in geopolitics and global capital flows, particularly as they relate to investment trends in emerging markets and real-asset strategies.
