Modern Slavery Statement

BLACKSWAN HOLDINGS LIMITED does not tolerate modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of its operations or supply chain. This statement is made in the spirit of section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, even where statutory turnover thresholds do not apply to the firm.

Risk assessment

The firm’s direct activity (private investment management) is low-risk for forced labour. Risk concentrates in third-party services, particularly facilities, logistics, and outsourced administration. Suppliers are diligenced as part of onboarding and on a risk basis thereafter.

Reporting

Concerns can be raised via the whistleblowing channel at office@blacksn.com. Substantiated concerns lead to termination of the relevant supplier engagement and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement.
